Lina is a friendly south-east apartment on the 1st floor of our house and has 90sqm, 2 bedrooms, guestclo, bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to its own balcony section overlooking the meandering stream Illach. The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021. Our former farmhouse is located in a detached, quiet location in a very beautiful landscape, the Illachtal and hamlet Rudersau. This is located about 3 km north of the village center of Rottenbuch. To our vacation apartments belongs a well-kept, large garden with countless possibilities for free play that will remind you of childhood days. Our spacious garden also includes a campfire site, a playground with swing and sandbox and cottage, as well as the path to the meandering stream Illach and invites you to linger in nature. Deck chairs, umbrellas, playground equipment, paddle boat, three grills and campfire wood are available for free use. Three sups can be rented for a daily fee. Our neighbor offers carriage rides.
